Marco is responsible for the Marketing Analytics practice at Sapient. Although new to the Sapient, Marco brings a depth knowledge and experience to the position. Marco is a performance-based marketer, with over 10 years experience in the web industry. Marco was previously the Director of Analytics and SEM at Momentum. Marco feels fortunate to have worked with, and learned from, great clients across several industries including: Abbott, Chrysler, Colliers, Manulife, Mazda, National Ballet, Rogers and Workopolis. In his spare time, Marco plays chess, soccer and enjoys spending time with his wife, who lets him be the boss while she’s just the decision maker.
Guillaume Bouchard is the co-founder and president of NVI, a Montreal-based company specialized in interactive strategies. Founded in 2004, NVI has quickly become the largest web agency specializing in SEO and Social Media in Canada with over 50 employees.

She founded WebMama.com in 1996 and along with the WebMama Team has been highly successfully in helping brand-name clients achieve their goals of driving high quality visitors to their websites.
Barbara has been involved with product and program marketing in Silicon Valley for 19 years, including marketing positions with Sun Microsystems and other leading edge startups. Barbara was a co-founder, first President, and the first Chair of the Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization (SEMPO). Her passion about the industry leads her to be an entertaining speaker and an advisor to many Valley start-ups and venture capitalists. She was instrumental in promoting the value of search engine advertising to enterprise businesses and influential in the feature set and construct of the past and current evolutions of the search advertising products available today.
Alan is founder and president of Knechtology Inc., one of Toronto, Canada’s leading SEO, SEM and Web analytics consulting firms since 2000. Knecht has personally been implementing web analytic solutions since 1996. During this period he has provided both Search Engine Optimization, PPC and web analytics guidance to organizations across North America including: Canada’s Federal Government, the US Navy, Inter-American Development Bank, Toyota Canada, media organizations, several e-commerce companies and a wide array of other businesses.
Alan is an internationally published columnist, has been interviewed by numerous publications including: CNET, The Wall Street Journal, Globe && Mail, National Post and CBC radio. Alan maintains his web analytics and search engine optimization focused blog Knecht-it (www.knecht-it.com) and has spoken at conferences throughout North America, Australia and England. Kelly Kubrick is an experienced consultant who specializes in Internet performance measurement. Kelly’s expertise stems from her years with Time Inc, Time Warner’s publishing division in New York. As Director of eCommerce Development, she oversaw the planning and launch of websites for brands such as TIME, Sports Illustrated, People and Fortune and served on joint Time Inc.–America Online (AOL), marketing, online customer service and email corporate task forces. Kelly comes armed with an MBA from NYU, is a member of the Web Analytics Association and serves on the Audit team of the WAA Course Enhancement Sub-Committee for the Award of Achievement in Web Analytics.
Jeff Quipp is the founder and CEO of Search Engine People Inc., Canada’s largest search marketing firm, and recipient of the Profit 100 Award acknowledging SEP as one of the 100 Fastest Growing Companies in Canada in 2008. Jeff is an online marketing strategist, and has over eight years of search engine marketing experience starting with Sympatico-Lycos. He is a visionary in the SEO field and was among the first to foresee the potential of search engines as an integral component of the marketing mix. Jeff is a frequent speaker at various internet marketing panels and conferences worldwide, and is widely recognized as one of the pre-eminent authorities on search and social media marketing. He has an MBA and an undergraduate degree in economics.
A “results-focused” marketing strategist, Sionne Roberts has cost-effectively maximized revenue streams for Canadian, US and UK-based organizations during an extensive
online career that began way back when Netscape was the browser of choice. Sionne currently manages the newly-established Marketing Optimization division within IT World Canada – a
subsidiary of the global technology media organization IDG Group.
Michael is Head of Digital Marketing at CNIB where he leads online and digital strategy for the organization. Michael is also Principal of Level C Digital, a consulting practice he founded to help brands develop long term marketing strategies. He consults with and advises companies on how to succeed in the online world with innovative and return-on-investment based marketing. Michael is an active speaker across North America, bringing over fifteen years experience in the advertising, marketing & communications industry. His work has been recognized with numerous national and international marketing awards throughout his career.
Michael is co-author of the Canadian Marketing Association’s Guide to eMail Marketing and currently teaches Canada’s only Professional Certificate Course in eMarketing. He has his own marketing blog and podcast, The Client Side, rated as a “Top Ten Must Read” by Marketing Magazine as well as being listed on Advertising Age’s “Power 150” marketing blogs.
