Barbara “WebMama” Coll is an internationally recognized expert in search engine marketing (SEM) with a firm grasp on the industry offerings and their direction. Her knowledge extends to how search engines use and display fresh content; blogs, RSS, and video and she has strong beliefs on why her clients need to get involved in these marketing tactics.
Barbara has been active in the Silicon Valley world for 22 years, including roles in produce and program marketing. In 1996 she founded WebMama.com to provide strategic and tactical consulting in the world of online marketing. WebMama.com is now a multi-million dollar company with a number of brand name clients including HP, VMware and Verisign. Barbara was founding President and Chair of the Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization (SEMPO).

Andrea Hadley has a long history as a leading Canadian web marketer, consultant and industry advocate having founded two professional associations, a web marketing conference in 2001 and a consultancy NetSetGo Marketing Ltd in 1999. After shepherding the International Internet Marketing Association (IIMAOnline.org) through its first five years, Andrea went on to become a founding Director of the Web Analytics Association where she continues to serve as co-Chair of Education and Facilitator of the Media Special Interest Group. For more than 9 years John Hossack has been working with companies both large and small helping them improve the performance of their online channels. John’s passion and much of his time are spent on analytics, usability, and conversion testing with the goal of improving user experience and business conversion rates. Rob Woods is the Director of SEO, Content & Social at BuildDirect, where he has held positions in website usability, product merchandizing, and lead gen/online marketing, with a focus on SEO and link building. Conversant with SEO for e-commerce, optimizing product pages, and dealing with a highly dynamic website, Rob has been leveraging analytics data to optimize BuildDirect’s marketing efforts since 2004. BuildDirect was one of Google Analytics first beta test sites and was used by Google as a case study to help promote adoption of analytics. Rob has spoken at several industry conferences including the ACCM and DMA Retail Marketing Conference.
